A Medicaid-focused Accountable Care Organization set goals to develop a tar geted quality strategy to benefit their members and improve their HEDIS measure performance. Working closely with the client, Sage Health Strategy provided strategic leadership to create a HEDIS strategic plan, support negotiations on a P4P contract, develop a structure to support quality improvement efforts, engage medical home quality staff and improve data accessibility and usability.
